How does it work?

Spiritual companionship uses deep listening and thoughtful conversation to encourage your spiritual story to unfurl. I am your trained guide assisting you with exploration of your spirituality so that you can move into a new and deeper experience of your self and a life that is lived interwoven with the divine love of God, Allah, Toa, or whatever you may refer to the Source of all being.

We will meet online via Zoom or I can call you by phone. Our first time talking, I'll focus on getting to know you:

• What is your background?

• You'll share your experience(s)

• What, from your experience, was most impactful upon your life?

• Where are you struggling most? 

My goal is to create a curated session and to understand what helps you feel you are in a safe, sacred space. Then, you will be best able to connect with your inner self and move forward.

After a get-to-know-you session, we'll set up times to talk again at mutually convenient times. Each session will be about an hour long.
